DRUMCREE PARISH DRAW 2024 – 2025 Terms and Conditions
- The subscription to the draw for one member shall be £100.00 per year payable annually before the date of the first draw. Those opting to pay monthly by standing order or by cash/cheque instalments will be charged £10.00 per month for 12 months (£120.00 total). This will give members one ticket number which will be placed in twelve (12) consecutive monthly draws. Members are permitted to purchase more than one ticket in their name.
- Anyone over the age of eighteen (18) may purchase a ticket. Any person over the age of eighteen (18) may buy a ticket as a gift for a friend or relative under the age of eighteen (18).
- There is a provision to opt in or opt out on a month-by-month basis. Members joining after the start of the draw will be charged a pro-rata amount for the rest of the year and entered in the next available draw.
- Each number, if drawn, will only be eligible for one prize per month. Members who purchase more than one ticket are eligible to win one prize per ticket per month.
- Each Promoter will only be eligible for one Promoter prize per month.
- Where a number has been drawn and the ticket is unsold or unpaid for that month, that number shall be declared void.
- There shall be four (4) prizes per month. The prizes shall be published on the ticket. There will also be three (3) separate sellers’ prizes per month.
- The draw results will be available upon request and will be published in the weekly bulletin and on the Parish Website and Facebook page
- The Parish Draw Committee will make all reasonable efforts to pay prizes to the winners within a reasonable period after the monthly draw.
- The decision of the Parish Draw Committee shall be final in all matters where an adjudication is required.
